Which files can I upload?Upload a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) export of your payments or supplier ledger. You need at least supplier name, invoice reference, amount and date. Standard scans handle up to 10,000 rows; Pro handles up to 100,000. After upload you map your columns — we suggest the mapping automatically.Read →

How does the Integrity Scan work?Every row is checked by fixed rules for exact and near-duplicate payments, then each supplier is checked against Companies House, The Gazette and the UK sanctions list. Every finding shows the rule that triggered it. AI only helps word the explanations — it never creates figures.Read →

What is a Pre-Pay Check?Before you release a payment run, upload it to Pre-Pay Check. It applies the same rules as the Integrity Scan against your payment history, watchlist and the sanctions list, and flags anything to hold.Read →

Security

How is my data protected?Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, processed only to produce your report, and the original upload is deleted automatically after 7 days. Paid reports are kept for 12 months so you can re-download them. We never sell or share your data.Read →
